Create a Jesse Tree to with the Advent Jesse Tree Salvation History Project.
This Advent Jesse Tree Salvation History Project is a six-page file containing twenty-eight (28) pieces in this historical account. This activity can be used during the Advent season as a Jesse Tree or as a standard lesson throughout the year.
How to Use the Advent Jesse Tree Salvation History Project
One way to use this set is to use it during Advent. Some teachers may have each child create a timeline of sorts in a notebook, while others may assemble the parts on a bulletin board or wall. Instructors can select specific pieces to match the number of days in the Advent season for the particular year. The images are black-and-white, which allows children to color them in if desired.

There are other options for using this set as well. Why not create a tree shape with the pieces or use them on a Christmas Tree. Print out one set of image shapes that can be applied to a hand-drawn tree, a cut-out of a tree, or affixed to a bulletin board in the form of a tree. Alternately, print out two sets and have students color and cut the pieces out. Then have learners glue the matching parts back to back to create Jesse Tree or Christmas Tree ornaments. Just punch a hole in the top of the prepared piece and attach it to a tree using purple yarn.
Use as many pieces as necessary to meet your teaching needs or learning goals. The Advent Jesse Tree Salvation History Project is suitable for a CCD, family, or classroom use.
