Jesus prays to sanctify the apostles so that they can love God with all their hearts and share the Gospel with others. The Apostles are made holy by the truth of God's Word—what the Lord said and did in the Holy Bible and through Jesus. God's Word is truth; it is real, true, and factual.
Sanctify means to be set apart for holy use, to make holy, or purify from sin so that one can fully love God.
How to Assemble the Get the Gospel Trading Card What Does the Word Sanctify Mean
First, cut the card sets apart on the thin solid lines to form four strips. Next, fold the cards in half on the dotted lines. Finally, glue flaps together to close and finish the card. Laminate cards for longevity and a very polished look if desired. This resource features four identical cards per sheet. There are two cards in this file. One is in color, and the other is black-and-white.
