Help Children Learn Ways to Show Prudence.
This colorful printable has four identical cards per sheet. The card contains a how-to list of helpful ways to assist children in learning how to be prudent and make good choices inspired by Mark 1:40-45. This gospel highlights Christ's healing of the man with leprosy.
To create the cards, simply print off the sheet, cut apart the cards, fold on the dotted line, glue to finish. Cards may be laminated for a polished look, if desired.
The text of this card includes the following:
-Ask my Guardian Angel for help in making good and proper decisions.
-Learn God’s Laws, so I can know right from wrong.
-Ask myself if what I am about to do is right or wrong.
-Think about how my behavior will affect others.
-Know the consequences of my actions.
This card matches the gospel reading for the 6th Sunday in Ordinary Time in liturgical cycle B.
