Encourage Catholic Children to Celebrate Being Part of One family in Christ.

Help young children to remember that we are all part of Christ’s flock. Jesus is the Good Shepherd who loves and guides us. The medallion features a frolicking sheep and the phrase, "I'm Part of Christ's Flock!" It was inspired by the Gospel of St. Luke 15:1-10.

Each page contains two identical medals one in color and the other in black and white, which may be colored by the students. Simply cut the medallions out, punch a hole at the top where indicated and thread the hole with a piece of yarn (about 18-20 inches long). Write the name of the recipient in the space provided.

This lesson is very appropriate to use during a lesson on Jesus the Good Shepherd.
