Use this blank template to create your F3 (Flip, Flap, Fold) piece on whatever topic you desire. This resource is compatible with traditional file folder projects.

Print out the piece, then cut along the main L-shaped outline. Fold flaps toward the center on the dotted lines. Unfold and write, draw or glue information on up to five portions of the piece. Fold flaps to the center to close the piece creating a square. Place glue on the blank back portion and affix it to an F3 Folder, learning notebook or scrapbook, or another project of choice.
