Our Weekly Liturgy Lesson - 33rd Sunday in Ordinary Time (Cycle B) Can Help Kids to Understand the Gospel.
Use this Weekly Liturgy Lesson - 33rd Sunday in Ordinary Time (Cycle B) to help teach children that we must not fear Christ's Second Coming. The inspiration for this lesson is the Gospel of St. Mark 13:24-32.
This week’s Gospel speaks of the signs that foretell of Christ’s return. We must watch and wait for them to know when the Master will return. Many fear the signs or Final Judgement itself. However, Jesus tells us that we do not need to be afraid or anxious; instead, we should be prepared for His return and the Last Judgement.
